To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate MUST have prior experience in the eDiscovery industry/legal industry or compliance as a successful business developer. Success is measured on your ability to build and maintain an active sales pipeline, the ability to effectively identify and resolve client needs as they pertain to our service offerings, and the ability to maintain an active log of meetings with current and prospective clients.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a good understanding of eDiscovery processes, tools, and technologies. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Identify, qualify and cultivate new business opportunities by targeting potential clients and maintaining existing relationships.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the eDiscovery process, including the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), legal and regulatory requirements, and relevant technologies and tools.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Relativity.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development and team members.
• Continuously develop and update personal knowledge of eDiscovery tools, technologies, and best practices including a developing a deep understanding of Consilio proprietary tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in eDiscovery or legal technology sales.
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the eDiscovery or legal technology sector.
• In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery processes, including the EDRM, legal and regulatory requirements, and related tools and technologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
