Overview

The Hosting Analyst Senior will perform hosting activities necessary to prepare data for attorney review, including user and case administration, loading documents, performing searches, index management, and will act as an escalation point within the team on moderate technical issues.

 

This schedule for this role is Sunday- Thursday. Sunday 10 AM - 6 PM ET and Monday-Thursday 3 PM - 11PM ET. 

Responsibilities

  • Perform hosting activities necessary to prepare data for attorney review, including user and case administration, loading documents, performing searches, and index management.
  • Perform hosting activities necessary to prepare data for production, including conversion to TIFF or PDF, branding, exporting documents, and load file generation.
  • Answer and appropriately handle incoming service requests via email, ticketing system, voicemail, phone, IM, and in person. Escalate problems when appropriate.
  • Conduct quality control evaluations of each process performed.
  • Work effectively as part of a project team.
  • Solve basic technical issues, such as user access errors, TIFF conversion errors, and file loading errors.
  • Perform end-to-end document productions.
  • Assist with the resolution of any software issues related to the supported applications.
  • Maintain technical documentation necessary to make the assigned systems operational and efficient.
  • Provide support for escalated service requests, including problem identification and resolution.
  • Solve moderate technical issues, such as document permission errors, production export errors, custom object troubleshooting, and data normalization.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Provide mentoring and training to junior team members.
  • Stand in for the Hosting Team Lead when they are out of the office.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in a litigation support environment working with eDiscovery systems in terabyte-sized matters.
  • Proficiency with data hosting services (case administration, loading data into database applications, performing queries, preparing exports).
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation) with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff in a clear manner.
  • Customer service oriented, willing to work additional hours as necessary including weekends.
  • Well-developed understanding of advanced eDiscovery practices, procedures, and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and able to effectively manage multiple projects in fast paced environment with tight time deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and operating systems preferred.
  • Experience with software applications common to the eDiscovery process including processing and hosting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Maintains high quality standards and attention to detail in work product.
