- BA/BS degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in a litigation support environment working with eDiscovery systems in terabyte-sized matters.
- Proficiency with data hosting services (case administration, loading data into database applications, performing queries, preparing exports).
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation) with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff in a clear manner.
- Customer service oriented, willing to work additional hours as necessary including weekends.
- Well-developed understanding of advanced eDiscovery practices, procedures, and processes.
- Strong organizational skills and able to effectively manage multiple projects in fast paced environment with tight time deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and operating systems preferred.
- Experience with software applications common to the eDiscovery process including processing and hosting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Maintains high quality standards and attention to detail in work product.
