Overview

The Data Analytics Sr Analyst, Custom Solutions, is an individual contributor within the Custom Solutions service line of the Data Analytics client services team. The Sr Analyst specializes in the intersection of computer science and eDiscovery custom client solutions. A person in this role works directly with clients to understand their specific needs, scope the requirements as needed, and implement solutions using both traditional eDiscovery tools and general programming languages.

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:   

  • Relativity
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Relativity’s UI, and the concept, machine learning, and search capabilities for several tools
  • Individual Contributor
  • Communicate with clients and/or outside counsel to understand custom requests, design potential solutions, and provide consultation on time, cost, and quality limitations
  • Develop, implement, test, and document programmatic solutions to internal and external needs
  • Respond to needs of technology-driven client services teams such as cyber incident response
  • Consulting Support
  • Understand pertinent components of the Consilio approach to the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
  • Where appropriate, introduce other applicable DA services to internal stakeholders to add value to clients
  • Track metrics including billing time entry and culling metrics in line with team expectations

Additional Responsibilities/Details:  

  • Manage request queue to effectively prioritize and communicate timetables and complete tasks
  • Lead small- to medium-scale projects, from beginning to end
  • Lead Technology Assisted Review projects
  • Assist with non-custom analytics requests as needed, such as email threading and non-responsive analysis

Qualifications

Minimum Education Requirements: [once finalized, this section should not be changed for job posting]

  • J.D., Paralegal Certificate, or BS in relevant field Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Retrieval Sciences, among others), or equivalent

Minimum Experience Requirements: [once finalized, this section should not be changed for job posting]

  • 3 years

Other Requirements:   

  • Extensive experience in Relativity UI
  • Proven work experience in the eDiscovery industry
  • Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
