Overview

Consilio stands as the global leader in eDiscovery, document review, flexible legal talent, and legal advisory & transformation consulting services. We are seeking a Sr. Associate, Recruiter to provide talent acquisition support to Consilio’s Global Recruiting efforts.  The Sr. Associate, Recruiter will work closely with Hiring Managers within Consilio’s entities within the South Africa (Cape Town) market to create robust pipelines of candidates to fulfill ongoing eDiscovery hiring needs. Reports directly to the Global Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of recruiting services and programs including the identification and recruitment of individuals to fill open positions in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles to source, hire, and retain quality talent.
  • Screen resumes to identify top-tier candidates and oversee initial phone screens.
  • Partner with outside recruiting firms and staffing agencies to find top talent, as needed.
  • Utilize sourcing strategies on LinkedIn to engage passive candidates.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of qualified active and passive talent to utilize for future openings.
  • Continuously partner with the recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Stay active current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent,
  • Plan, create, and post job orders to Consilio’s Career Page.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the ATS (ICIMs)
  • Maintain applicant/employee confidentiality in accordance with our data protection policy and procedure. 

Additional Responsibilities/Details:  

  • Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies.
  • Participate in special projects such as recruiting initiatives and company campaigns and hiring strategies.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Consilio’s mission and business objectives

Qualifications

Minimum Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

Minimum Experience Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience is required.
  • e-Discovery, Legal Services, or Legal recruiting experience a plus.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; iCIMS preferred. 
  • Ability to use sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter)

Other Requirements:   

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide strong customer service to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Effective relationship-building skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • General knowledge of employment and benefit laws and practices.
  • Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, flexibility, and creativity to changing needs and situations.
  • Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions & priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively with employees in dealing with confidential issues.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), recruitment tools, databases, or applications
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Aptitude to learn quickly and adapt to multiple subject matters.
  • Ability to perform in a self-directed manner, and to multi-task.
  • Additional duties as assigned
