Subject-matter expert for the administration and supporting of the corporate Active Directory infrastructure
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of AD including problem-solving, configuration and implementation efforts for large and / or complex projects with an emphasis on operational excellence and continuous improvement of AD related processes and procedures.
Oversees and maintains the security and reliability of the corporate forest while ensuring the integrity of the AD schema.
Creation and management of the Directory infrastructure. Includes FSMO roles, trust relationships, Kerberos KDCs, replication topology, certificate authorities, DHCP, DNS settings, SRV records, PKI etc.
Analyze current Active Directory environment to identify both technical and operational challenges and develop solutions for improvement
To maintain open communications and follow the change control process when making any corporate change.
Monitor the ticket queue to ensure SLAs are met and Monitor the ticket queue to ensure SLAs are met.
Keep abreast of industry trends.
Qualifications
Requirements:
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent degree/experience.
Minimum 10 years experience in IT.
Expert level experience with Active Directory
Exchange Online and Azure AD experience will be beneficial.
Experience managing PKI.
Experience in Role Based Access.
Experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell.
Demonstrated understanding of complex problem-solving techniques dealing with systems engineering and support.
Responsible to maintain document repository for system guidelines
Other Skills
Experience with Active Directory Consolidation and Email migrations.
