- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or similar technical field.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- 2 – 4 years of experience in an IT related field, e.g. helpdesk, support or general IT administration.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the most current Microsoft Windows operating systems including the ability to navigate efficiently and perform administration tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL server commands used to manipulate data and join tables Microsoft Office proficiency including strong skills in:
- Excel (Formulas, Conditional formatting, Pivot tables, etc)
- Word (Templates, Formatting, References, etc)
- Ability to complete tasks both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to quickly switch focus based on changes in priority.
- Ability to quickly pick up concepts from training materials such as documents or videos.
Desirable Skills:
- A high-level understanding of the Electronic Discovery industry and EDRM.
- A high-level understanding of review platforms such as Relativity.
- A high-level understanding of processing platforms such as Nuix.
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell.
- Any relevant Certifications (specifically Microsoft).
