Overview

The Senior of Financial Reporting is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and regulatory requirements.  This role is responsible for preparing the monthly, quarterly, and year-end consolidated financial statements. Checks and verifies financial statements are prepared in accordance with GAAP. Uses automated systems to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the monthly financial close including preparation of monthly balance sheet and income statement
  • Assists with general ledger accounting for potentially all areas of the balance sheet and income statement.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports.
  • Prepare the consolidated cash flow statement on a quarterly basis.

  • Research and analyze accounting issues as they
  • Provides advice and assistance to the Accounting Manager and Accounting Director in analyzing and interpreting financial data and reports.
  • Assist in improving the accounting and financial reporting process by helping evaluate processes and implementing
  • Provide support to external audit process.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and requests from the FP&A team, tax team, and other internal and external parties.

Qualifications

Minimum Education Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with minimum 4 years’

 

Other Requirements:

  • CPA Strongly Preferred
  • Requires understanding of global accounting concepts, practices, and
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and
  • Experience with NetSuite, Floqast, and Workiva is
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage problems and competing
  • Ability to generate new ideas and think independently, strong research and analysis
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks
  • Timely and accurate general ledger account and reconciliation.
  • Ability to work well both independently and to work collaboratively with others, including teammates in other countries.
