Role Overview

 

The Consilio's Specialist in HR Shared Services (HRSS) plays a pivotal role in providing proactive and comprehensive administrative support to Consilio’s HR teams and employees across the globe. This role entails facilitating seamless onboarding and offboarding processes through coordination between various departments, data collection, and efficient communication. The Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing new hire profiles on HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other HR platforms. Overall, the Consilio's Specialist in HRSS embodies excellence in communication, collaboration, and attention to detail, contributing significantly to Consilio’s HR function's efficiency and success.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate onboarding/offboarding processes and provide support to HRSS team.
  • Coordinate between departments, collect and communicate data, and schedule stakeholder meetings.
  • Create and manage new hire profiles on HRIS and other systems.
  • Prepare employee letters and maintain employee data for internal/external use.
  • Manage employee request queue and collaborate with stakeholders for effective solutions.
  • Ensure data quality and confidentiality.
  • Interface between HR team and other geographies (primarily US).
  • Experience with external vendors, particularly in insurance and statutory compliance.

Qualifications

  • MBA in HR preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of similar role experience.
  • Experience in a global organization preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and credible.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player.
