Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Order-to-Cash Analyst to support our Strategy Analyst in streamlining and improving the order-to-cash (O2C) process. The ideal candidate will have foundational Python skills to assist with automating workflows, analyzing data, and running scripts, as well as strong proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and reporting.

Responsibilities

  1. Data Processing and Analysis:
    • Use Python to run and modify scripts for automating data extraction, transformation, and validation.
    • Generate and maintain reports to track O2C metrics.
  2. Process Improvement:
    • Collaborate with internal resources to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve the billing and invoice certification processes.
    • Assist in the development and testing of tools and scripts that integrate with systems like CASE, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
  3. Documentation and Support:
    • Document processes, workflows, and Python scripts for future reference.
    • Provide technical support for system uploads and troubleshooting data errors.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work with the technical team to coordinate system enhancements.
    • Support stakeholders with ad hoc data requests and analyses and providing added value in strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Python for basic scripting and automation tasks.
    • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
    • Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or other data visualization tools (preferred).
  • Experience:
    • 1-3 years in a finance, operations, or data analysis role.
    • Exposure to order-to-cash processes or financial systems like NetSuite (preferred).
    • Experience managing small to mid-sized projects.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

  • This opportunity requires working US shift time of 9:00am – 5:00pm ET.
