Overview

The Manager of Corporate FP&A is a highly visible role that blends traditional FP&A responsibilities with human capital analytics and reporting. In this role you will be working closely with Consilio’s corporate leaders, providing monthly forecasting, reporting, and business partnering support, while being the FP&A lead for personnel cost and headcount analytics. This person will collaborate with the HR team while working on company-wide initiatives including talent management, benefit forecasting, process design, and systems improvements, helping enable Consilio to meet its short- and long-term objectives.  This role reports to the Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the FP&A team’s monthly forecasting and reporting cycle
  • Conduct monthly budget vs. actual reviews with Corporate Functional leads
  • Personnel expense management. Managing personnel costs based on business conditions and business priorities. Provide monthly headcount performance reports to business leaders
  • Lead budgeting for headcount and personnel costs, one of the most important facets of the budget
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to develop a new Consilio hiring process that aligns with budget guidelines and includes finance approvals
  • Partner with HR in developing tax & benefit adder rates by country and manage the performance of adders against budget
  • Collaborate with HR to catalog all Consilio bonus and incentive programs. Provide analytical support to assess bonus structures and the impact of new plan designs
  • Partner with business teams to ensure systems (UKG, ADP, NetSuite) enable visibility and accurate forecasting of bonus costs

Qualifications

Minimum Education Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with minimum 5 years’ experience.

 

Other Requirements:

  • Experienced in financial modelling and proficient in excel
  • Experience with systems such as NetSuite ERP, Financial reporting and budgeting tools (NSPB, OneStream, Hyperion)
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently
  • Ability to work well both independently and to work collaboratively with others, including teammates in other countries
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communications
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage problems and competing priorities
  • Requires ability to handle highly confidential company and employee expense information with appropriate level of professionalism and sensitivity
