Product Manager - Advisory

Consilio is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and execution of technology solutions within the legal and claims services space. This role involves defining the product vision and roadmap, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment between product initiatives, client needs, and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with specific experience in legal operations and claims-related technology development. This includes an understanding of the workflows, data models, and regulatory considerations unique to claims and litigation support services. The role also requires a practical understanding of emerging technologies—particularly the use of Generative AI for document automation, text extraction, and workflow enhancement.

Success in this position will require a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to deliver scalable, client-focused solutions in a highly collaborative environment.

• Define, communicate and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap while also being responsible for overall product metrics to drive appropriate margins across a suite of clients 

• Work closely with engineering, design, sales and delivery teams as well as clients to ensure product success and market growth 

• Develop additional ancillary business cases and track and quantify product success through key metrics

• Prioritize features and enhancements based on both client and product impact, feasibility, and cost

• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field

• Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and translate insights into action

• Excellent communication and key stakeholder management abilities

• Demonstrated leadership of diverse teams toward common goals and objectives

• Experience developing and implementing business plans

• Experience working with finance to accurately interpret and achieve ongoing business margin objectives

• Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives

• Working familiarity with a variety of workflow and low-code platforms
