About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Flows, Gearset for CI/CD, Einstein AI, and system integrations using REST APIs. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions that align with our business needs and enhance the user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Flow Builder, Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Manage and streamline deployments using Gearset, ensuring efficient CI/CD pipelines.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs and other integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato, etc.).
  • Leverage Einstein AI capabilities for predictive analytics, lead scoring, and enhancing Salesforce automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Business Analysts, and QA Engineers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and provide mentorship to junior developers.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, maintain code quality, and provide scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce Flows (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows).
  • Experience with Gearset for Salesforce deployments and release management.
  • Solid understanding and practical implementation of Salesforce Einstein AI tools (e.g., Einstein Prediction Builder, Einstein Next Best Action).
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms via REST APIs and middleware solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Data Model.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiar with Github, JIRA and Confluence a plus.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Platform Developer II, Integration Architect, Einstein Consultant).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in enterprise-level Salesforce orgs with complex customizations and large data volumes.
  • Familiarity with data migration tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, or Salesforce Data Import Wizard.
  • Exposure to version control systems like Git and collaborative tools like Jira and Confluence.
