Overview

As a Product Marketing Manager for our Aurora suite of solutions, you will drive go-to-market strategies for legal technology and eDiscovery markets, developing compelling messaging and positioning while collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives that accelerate growth.

 

This position can be remote or can work from one of our major offices in the US. Up to 5% travel is expected for events, client meetings and internal meetings. This position will report to the VP, Products & Marketing.

Responsibilities

Messaging and Positioning:

  • Develop compelling, persona-based messaging and supporting materials that effectively communicate Aurora suite benefits to legal professionals and corporate clients.
  • Conduct customer interviews and stakeholder sessions to deliver market insights internally and ensure customer voice is reflected in all marketing materials.
  • Lead customer discovery sessions and message validation initiatives to optimize positioning.
  • Create value proposition frameworks that translate technical features into business outcomes.

Go-to-market Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate with demand generation, content, and brand teams on comprehensive marketing plans, taking ownership of Aurora suite GTM strategies.
  • Work closely with product marketing, product management, commercial readiness, and sales teams to execute go-to-market initiatives and tactics.
  • Develop and refine customer personas and identify expansion opportunities for existing accounts.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data using modern analytics tools to make recommendations for market segmentation and targeting.

Market Research and Competitive Intelligence:

  • Build deep understanding of the eDiscovery and legal technology markets, competitors, and customers, including how they buy, use products, and measure success.
  • Monitor and share industry trends, competitor movements, and customer behavior patterns using market research tools and AI-powered analysis.
  • Maintain competitive battlecards and positioning strategies to enable sales team effectiveness.
  • Contribute to customer advisory board planning and engagement initiatives.

Content Development and Sales Enablement:

  • Map buyer journeys and develop targeted content aligned to each stage of the customer lifecycle.
  • Create sales enablement materials including presentations, case studies, ROI calculators, playbooks, and objection-handling content.
  • Develop thought leadership content such as whitepapers, blog posts, and industry reports.
  • Build customer advocacy programs and manage referral initiatives to drive organic growth.

Marketing Operations and Analytics:

  • Leverage marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
  • Implement attribution modeling to track marketing impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to ensure seamless data flow across technology platforms.
  • Use customer data platforms to analyze engagement patterns and inform strategy decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum Education Requirements:   

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum Experience Requirements:  

  • 3-7 years of B2B product marketing, product management, or similar experience in technology companies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to executive-level audiences.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with modern marketing technology stack including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Experience in law firms, legal technology, or the eDiscovery industry.
  • Experience with asset production software such as Adobe suite, Canva, and Figma.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in product marketing and legal technology.
  • Background in SaaS business models and B2B customer lifecycle management.
  • Completion of product marketing certification programs (Pragmatic Marketing, Product Marketing Alliance, etc.).
