Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic US International Tax Manager to join our U.S. tax team. This is a hybrid role. This role is critical in managing all aspects of international tax compliance, reporting, planning, and strategy for our global operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong U.S. international tax expertise, particularly in areas such as GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F, and transfer pricing, along with experience in ASC 740 and global tax compliance. You will collaborate across tax, finance, and business teams globally, playing a key role in tax planning, operational strategy, compliance, and audit support.

Responsibilities

  • Help manage U.S. international tax computations, compliance, and reporting (Forms 5471, 8858, 8990–8993, 8975), including FTC, GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, BEAT, Section 163(j), and related disclosures.
  • Help manage global transfer pricing policies, documentation (Master File, Local Files), benchmarking analyses, and intercompany pricing strategies.
  • Partner with foreign subsidiaries and global finance teams to ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and OECD Pillar II requirements.
  • Support ASC 740 tax accounting and provision processes for domestic and international operations.
  • Assist with international tax planning and modeling for restructurings, acquisitions, repatriation strategies, and intercompany transactions.
  • Manage relationships with third-party advisors for tax compliance and international tax planning projects.
  • Provide guidance to leadership on international tax implications of business initiatives and regulatory changes.
  • Supervise and mentor team members; foster cross-functional collaboration with finance, legal, and external advisors.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and tax technology initiatives to streamline global compliance.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MST preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in international tax with a large multinational, Big Four, or global consulting firm.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. international tax rules, including GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and Subpart F.
  • Strong experience with ASC 740 and U.S. GAAP tax accounting for international operations.
  • Proficiency in transfer pricing principles, documentation requirements, and intercompany transactions.
  • Proficiency with tax and financial software (e.g., OneSource Tax and NetSuite preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
