Overview

The Analyst position will be a core member of the onsite/embedded team supporting the client.   This role will work at the direction of the Project Managers as well as the client in order to support litigation hold, special initiatives and all other requests made by the client. The Analyst will be key to maintaining proper documentation, up to and including SOP’s, training materials and tracking information.

Responsibilities

 

  • Assist in monitoring discovery activity by matter and assist with the execution of day-to-day case management tasks
  • Assist in coordinating and monitoring requests from the case team, escalating as needed
  • Aide in coordinating with client services as the direction of the PM team to ensure established processes are applied, deadlines are met, and concerns are properly escalated and addressed; review vendor reports and identify any potential risks or concerns
  • Document and track collection, processing, review, production, and data disposition activities, applying quality control procedures where appropriate and as directed by the PM team
  • Prepare vendor production requests according to matter specifications and submit to vendor upon client approval
  • Collaborate with counsel to decommission data or apply inactive hosting options as part of standard matter closure activities
  • Track and support ongoing collection, processing, and review workflow enhancements
  • Assist with revising process documentation as needed
  • PeoplePortal adds and removal
  • Employee adds to QuickBase 
  • Exchange and DDS preservation adds
  • Running QB reports with guidance
  • Replying to WON opportunities with ACT key
  • General support of CM/PM team

 

Client Support

Respond to general questions and concerns from client

Participate in client check-in calls

Communicate client needs, and respond to and escalate client risk issues in order to ensure best possible client experience and retention at the request of the PM’s

Qualifications

Minimum Education Requirements:   

  • Bachelor degree required or equivalent experience

 

Minimum Experience Requirements:  

  • 2 years of progressively responsible experience in related roles

Other Requirements:  

  • Detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional team or independently with minimal supervision
  • Understands basic project management approaches and problem solving
  • Possesses strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively with various levels of personnel internally and externally
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and comfortable working with sensitive client data
  • Familiarity with legal industry (preferred)
  • Understands database concepts
