Overview

The Recruiter is responsible for recruiting and staffing of temporary employees for Consilio Services, the staffing agency division of Consilio.  Helps implement and/or maintain employment and other recruiting and sourcing programs.  Interviews and screens applicants. 

Responsibilities

  • Essential Responsibilities:   

    • Responsible for the delivery of recruiting services and programs including the identification and recruitment of individuals to fill open positions in a timely and cost-effective manner
    • Responsible for continuously sourcing applicants for potential openings; maintaining a pipeline of qualified individuals
    • Responsible for staffing temporary projects in a timely and cost effective manner
    • Responsible for recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks and degree verifications
    • Fully utilizing and maintaining candidate, applicant, and new hire databases

     

    Additional Responsibilities/Details:  

    • Conducts high quantity evaluation interviews for candidates
    • Answers candidate inquires throughout the application process
    • Maintains relationships with candidates to ensure successful subsequent placements
    • Demonstrates knowledge of local terms and conditions of employment and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Education Requirements: 

    • BA degree required, JD preferred

     

    Minimum Experience Requirements:  

    • Minimum of two years work experience in eDiscovery or temporary staffing agencies

     

    Other Requirements:   

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other recruitment tools, databases, or applications
    • Strong analytical, research, systemic thinking, and problem solving skills
    • Strong organizational skills and judgement to effectively manage simultaneous priorities.
    • Effective relationship-building skills; interpersonal skills; track record of consistent leadership.
    • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation)
    • Maintains high quality standards and attention to detail in work product
    • Aptitude to learn quickly and adapt to multiple subject matters
    • Consultants may be asked to mentor or share experiences with peers.
    • Ability to perform in a self-directed manner, and to multi-task.
    • Ability to work well both independently and to work collaboratively in teams.
    • A high standard for personal conduct, work ownership, and accountability.
    • May travel up to 5%.
    • Ability to work overtime with little notice
