Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Integrity Operations Analyst to join our team. This role ensures that our data assets in core use systems are accurate, consistent, compliant, and aligned with organisational standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience interpreting and following documented processes, and a commitment to maintaining trust in our data for reporting and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Review, analyse, and validate data sets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Interpret and follow documented instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) with precision.
  • Support data migration, cleansing, and transformation activities as required.
  • Uphold strict adherence to data governance policies and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain audit trails and documentation for all data-related activities.
  • Utilize technical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel, BI platforms) to query, manipulate, and report on data.
  • Support implementation of data quality checks and automated validation processes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance data integrity processes and contribute to best practices.
  • General support for Operations team for key business projects.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to resolve data queries in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Share insights and themes for both technical and non-technical audiences.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, data operations, data integrity, or similar roles.
  • Strong technical proficiency in:
    • Excel (advanced) for data manipulation and reporting.
    • Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret and execute documented instructions accurately.
  • Understanding of data governance frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Experience working in a highly controlled environment with strict data protocols.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to engage at various levels of the business.
  • Preferred – experience with Salesforce, Bullhorn, and timekeeping/billing systems.
