Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated NetSuite Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our growing team. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, reliability, and performance of NetSuite customizations, workflows, scripts, integrations, and financial processes. This role serves as the gatekeeper between development and production, validating functional, technical, and financial accuracy prior to release. The ideal candidate combines strong ERP functional knowledge (Orderto-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) with structured QA methodology, regression testing discipline, and a deep understanding of financial system risk. Experience with SnapLogic or other middleware integration platforms is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Functional and Financial Validation
    • Validate end-to-end business processes within NetSuite (Billing, Revenue Recognition, Procurement, Accounts Payable, GL impact)
    • Ensure correct accounting impact (debits/credits, tax logic, entity impact, currency handling
    • Review new Workflows, SuiteScripts, custom records, and integrations for functional accuracy
    • Validate financial reporting integrity post-deployment
  • Test Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and maintain:
      • Test plans (including regression)
      • Test scripts
      • UAT documentation
    • Execute:
      • Functional testing
      • Integration testing
      • Regression testing
      • Negative and edge-case testing
    • Validate bulk data loads, CSV imports, and automation processes
  • Release and Deployment Governance
    • Partner with NetSuite developers/admins to:
      • Review solution designs
      • Identify risk areas
      • Ensure adequate test coverage
      • Validate Sandbox to Production releases
  • Integration Testing 
    • Validate integrations with systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc. that use integration platforms like SnapLogic or Boomi
    • Monitor failed syncs and exception logs
    • Confirm data integrity across systems
  • Documentation and Process Control
    • Maintain QA documentation repository
    • Track defects, root causes, and remediation plans
    • Support audit requests related to system changes

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

 

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite administration or functional role
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report
  • Experience testing Workflows, SuiteScript customizations, custom records and forms
  • Familiarity with sandbox environments and release cycles

  • Organized and proactive in managing multiple priorities

 

Preferred Certifications

  • NetSuite Certified SuiteFoundation
  • NetSuite Certified Administrator
  • SnapLogic certification (if applicable)

Shifts Requirements:

  • 7 PM to 4 AM IST (Night Shifts)

Work Mode:

  • Hybrid Working Mode - 3 days' work from office every week.
