Overview

The Strategy Director will partner closely with senior leaders to help set the company’s growth direction and turn complex business questions into clear, practical decisions. This role will focus on identifying new growth opportunities and shaping strategies that drive measurable impact across the organization. The Strategy Director will work cross‑functionally to move ideas from concept to execution while strengthening the company’s strategic capabilities over time.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with senior leaders and vertical owners to define multi‑year growth priorities and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth across new markets, offerings, and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Lead market, competitive, and customer analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build and evaluate business cases, financial models, and investment scenarios to guide resource allocation.
  • Develop clear, executive‑ready recommendations and storytelling that connect data to action.
  • Lead large, cross‑functional initiatives from problem definition through execution and value realization.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to bring strategies to life.
  • Establish metrics and dashboards to track progress and outcomes of strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach team members, raising the bar on structured thinking and analytical rigor.
  • Build repeatable frameworks, tools, and playbooks that help the organization scale.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, or strategy leadership in a high‑growth environment.
  • Proven experience leading growth strategy, market entry, adjacency expansion, or go‑to‑market initiatives.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including business case development and scenario modeling.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional work and influence without direct authority.
  • Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to engage senior leaders.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; comfort with BI and data visualization tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting new products, services, or emerging business units.
  • Exposure to M&A, partnerships, or diligence work.
  • Experience contributing to pipeline development, proposals, or value proposition design.
