eDiscovery Solutions Architect

Consilio is seeking a dynamic eDiscovery Solutions Architect to support our Digital Enterprise Platform, Aurora and other downstream systems. Setting the Aurora platform as a focal point, this resource will support dataflows from Data Processing to Review ensuring that successful outcomes are achieved by the technologies in use.

What You’ll Do

• Become a subject matter expert on Consilio’s Digital Enterprise Platform, including but not limited to features, integrations, and data management
• Gain deep knowledge of enterprise data platforms such as M365 and Google including their associated challenges with emerging data types
• Work with IG, Operations, Project Management, and Analytics resources to design documented workflows around data promotion, data management and data transformation.
• Explore and gain expertise on key features and modules within supported platforms including Review Platforms
• Troubleshoot and formulate solutions for high complexity projects, alleviate potential bottlenecks, errors and product limitations
• Stay abreast of roadmaps, provide future feature requirements, and construct feedback for implemented offerings.
• Create technical implementation plans around client-specific and custom workflows
• Present complex technology in a clear, compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in eDiscovery experience including a rich understanding of data processing, deduplication, culling, and review platform support
• Strong knowledge of key concepts surrounding AI and Analytics Technologies
• Proactive where able, reactive when required problem solving skills.
• The ability to take ownership of cross departmental workflows and drive meaningful change

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• Experience supporting eDiscovery platforms and large legal matters with high complexity levels
• Relevant professional certifications for platforms such as Relativity, Reveal, Exterro and or CEDS
