Overview

The Product Marketing Video & Motion Graphics Producer will create short-form product marketing videos that make Consilio’s technology feel clear, compelling, and commercially relevant. This is a hands-on creator role for someone who can turn product capabilities, screen recordings, UI flows, SME interviews, and marketing messages into polished videos for LinkedIn, the website, sales enablement, campaigns, and product launches.


This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, video production, motion graphics, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate is not just a video editor. They understand how to make complex software look intuitive, useful, and exciting through smart pacing, clean design, attractive text treatment, motion graphics, transitions, screen capture, and selective live video.


The right person will be comfortable taking a product concept from rough brief to finished asset, including storyboarding, capturing product footage, editing, creating motion graphics, refining copy-on-screen, selecting music, cleaning audio, versioning videos for different platforms, and delivering final files ready for publication.

 

This is a 12-month fixed term contract. 

Responsibilities

Product Marketing Video Creation

  • Create short-form product marketing videos that showcase Consilio’s technology, product capabilities, platform enhancements, and client-facing solutions.
  • Translate complex product features into simple, compelling visual stories for executive, buyer, sales, and client audiences.
  • Develop snackable videos for LinkedIn, website pages, product launch campaigns, email, sales enablement, internal training, and event promotion.
  • Create a repeatable style and production approach for product videos that can scale across launches, releases, and ongoing marketing needs.
  • Partner with product marketing, product management, innovation, sales, and subject matter experts to understand the product story and turn it into strong visual content.

 

Screen Capture, Motion Graphics & Editing

  • Capture and edit product screen recordings, demos, UI walkthroughs, and software interactions.
  • Use motion graphics, transitions, overlays, callouts, animated text, and visual effects to make product experiences clear and engaging.
  • Combine product footage, graphic design, light animation, voiceover, music, and occasional live video into polished final assets.
  • Create attractive on-screen text, title cards, lower thirds, transitions, and branded visual treatments.
  • Edit videos for clarity, pacing, story flow, visual polish, and platform fit.
  • Adapt long-form or raw source material into multiple short-form cuts for different channels and audiences.

 

Live Video & Interview Support

  • Capture and edit light live video content, including product experts, executives, client-facing leaders, and internal subject matter experts.
  • Support basic recording needs, including framing, lighting, audio, remote recording, and simple interview setup.
  • Intercut talking-head footage with product visuals, screen capture, motion graphics, and supporting design elements.
  • Help speakers appear polished, credible, and concise without overproducing the content.

 

Product Launch & Campaign Support

  • Support product launches, releases, campaign moments, events, and website updates with high-quality video assets.
  • Build video packages that help sales and marketing teams explain what is new, why it matters, and how clients benefit.
  • Create reusable motion/video templates for recurring product updates, feature highlights, social posts, and website modules.
  • Work quickly and effectively on product moments that require rapid turnaround without sacrificing quality.
  • Maintain consistency with Consilio’s brand, tone, product positioning, and visual standards.

 

Production Management & Collaboration

  • Manage video projects from brief through final delivery, including timelines, drafts, feedback cycles, and final exports.
  • Help shape creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and production plans.
  • Organize files, project assets, source footage, working files, and final deliverables.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, product marketers, campaign managers, and external partners when needed.
  • Balance creative quality with practical execution timelines and business priorities.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in video production, motion graphics, video editing, multimedia production, product marketing content, or a related creative role.
  • Strong portfolio or reel showing product videos, motion graphics, software walkthroughs, short-form social video, and polished visual storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to make software, technology, or complex business concepts visually clear and engaging.
  • Advanced experience with video editing and motion graphics tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and Descript.
  • Strong design sensibility, including typography, layout, pacing, transitions, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience creating videos for LinkedIn, websites, campaigns, product launches, sales enablement, and other digital channels.
  • Ability to capture, edit, and enhance product screen recordings and UI-based demos.
  • Comfort working with subject matter experts and translating technical input into accessible marketing content.
  • Basic production skills for live or remote recording, including audio, lighting, framing, and speaker coaching.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple video projects at once.
  • Ability to take feedback, refine quickly, and maintain high standards under deadline.
  • B2B, SaaS, legal technology, professional services, enterprise software, or complex technology experience preferred.
