Client Solutions (CS) Sales Support Associate (Singapore & Asia)

 

We’re looking for a CS Sales Support Associate to join our Client Solutions team in Singapore, supporting client growth and business development activity across Asia.

 

This role sits at the centre of how we engage clients. You’ll work closely with senior CS leaders, supporting sales activity, client coordination, and client engagement initiatives that help our team move effectively and show up well with clients.

 

It’s a role for someone early in their career who enjoys variety, likes being close to client and commercial activity, and brings energy, personality, and curiosity to their work.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing

 

 1. Supporting Client Solutions & Sales Activity

  • Support day-to-day sales and client engagement activity across Singapore & Asia.
  • Assist with client outreach, follow-ups, and coordination of meetings.
  • Help prepare client materials including presentations, pursuit documentation and pitch content.
  • Conduct post-engagement client feedback to help improve future engagements.
  • Conduct client and market research to support opportunity preparation and client conversations.

2. Client Engagement and Events

  • Support client-facing initiatives such as events, roundtables and targeted engagement activities.
  • Assist with planning, logistics, vendors, collateral and merchandise.
  • Track attendance and coordinate post-event follow-ups with the CS team.

3. Sales Enablement & Coordination

  • Keep Salesforce and Bullhorn accurate and up to date.
  • Support client onboarding, registration and responding to client procurement requirements.
  • Maintain client agreements and document repositories.

4. Reporting Support

  • Prepare reports, including activity updates and Salesforce data, for the CS weekly sales call and AME MD’s fortnightly reporting.
  • Gather and consolidate information across the team to support pipeline tracking and internal reporting.
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests from the CS team.

What success looks like in your first 90 days

  • You understand how the CS team works and how opportunities move from first contact to delivery.
  • Client data and materials are organised, accurate, and easy for the team to access.
  • You are confidently supporting meetings, events, and client activity.
  • You’ve built strong working relationships with CS leaders and internal partners.
  • You’re proactively identifying ways to improve coordination, tracking, and client experience.

Qualifications

This role is perfect for someone early in their career who’s interested in client solutions, sales support, or commercial roles, and wants real exposure - not just theory.

You’re organised, reliable, comfortable working with senior stakeholders, confident communicating with people, and bring positive energy to a team.

We’re particularly interested in candidates who have experience using social media and digital tools - whether through work, study, side projects, or personal interest - including:

  • Managing or contributing to social media accounts
  • Creating or scheduling content
  • Tracking engagement or audience insights
  • Using AI tools to research, draft content, summarise information, or improve how you work

Experience in client support, coordination, events, or commercial teams is helpful but not essential. What matters most is attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
