Overview

We are seeking a Solution Architect – Sirion CLM to lead solutioning, design, and delivery of enterprise CLM programs, while also shaping the growth and maturity of the CLM practice.
This role goes beyond implementation leadership. You will define scalable solution architectures, contribute to presales, and deal shaping, and build repeatable assets, accelerators, and best practices that improve delivery quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines deep CLM expertise, strong Sirion platform knowledge, and architectural thinking with the ability to operate in a client-facing, consulting-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

  • Own end-to-end solution architecture for Sirion CLM implementations
  • Define architecture across:
    • Contract models, clause libraries, and templates
    • Workflow orchestration, approvals, and governance structures
    • Obligation, compliance, and performance tracking models
  • Integration architecture with upstream and downstream systems (ERP, CRM, sourcing, etc.)
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to enterprise architecture standards
  • Translate complex business and legal requirements into robust, implementable solution designs

Implementation Leadership

  • Provide architectural oversight across all implementation phases: discovery, design, build, test, and deployment
  • Guide functional and technical teams to ensure alignment with approved architecture
  • Review configurations, integrations, and customizations for quality and consistency
  • Proactively identify and mitigate design risks, technical debt, and scalability concerns

Presales & Solutioning

  • Partner with sales and leadership teams in presales activities, including:
    • Solution design and approach definition
    • Client workshops and discovery sessions
    • Product demonstrations and capability positioning
    • Effort estimation and solution shaping
  • Support RFP/RFI responses with clear, differentiated solution narratives
  • Position Sirion CLM effectively against competing platforms

Practice Development & Innovation

  • Define and evolve standard implementation approaches, frameworks, and best practices
  • Develop packaged solutions and offerings for common use cases such as:
    • Procurement CLM
    • Sales contracting
    • Obligation and performance management
  • Create and maintain accelerators, including:
    • Pre-built data models and templates
    • Workflow blueprints
    • Integration patterns
    • Migration frameworks
  • Drive consistency, repeatability, and quality across all engagements

Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Establish architectural governance standards and review mechanisms
  • Ensure adherence to best practices across functional and technical delivery
  • Define guidelines for scalability, performance, security, and compliance
  • Promote a design-first, outcome-driven delivery approach

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, including Legal, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders
  • Lead architecture discussions, trade-off decisions, and roadmap planning
  • Communicate complex architectural concepts in a clear and business-friendly manner

Team Enablement & Mentorship

  • Mentor functional and technical consultants on solution design and best practices
  • Support capability building within the team on Sirion CLM and broader CLM architecture
  • Contribute to internal training, knowledge sharing, and practice maturity initiatives

Qualifications

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in CLM, legal operations, or enterprise application implementations
  • 5+ years of Sirion CLM experience in a senior solutioning or architecture role preferred
  • Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale CLM implementations
  • Experience working with global clients and distributed delivery teams

Functional & Architectural Expertise

  • Deep understanding of:
    • Contract lifecycle processes across buy-side and sell-side
    • Clause and template management
    • Workflow and approval design
    • Obligation, compliance, and performance tracking

  • Strong architectural knowledge across:
    • System integrations and APIs
    • Sirion Gen AI capabilities
    • Data models and reporting structures
    • Security and access control frameworks

Skills

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
  • Experience working in a remote, globally distributed delivery model
  • Strong documentation and structured thinking

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sirion CLM certifications or formal training
  • Experience in consulting or system integrator environments
  • Exposure to regulated industries such as BFSI, Life Sciences, Energy, or Telecom
