About the Team 

The Learning Studio is responsible for supporting capability development across Consilio's Client Services Organization. The team partners with operational leaders to deliver learning programs, maintain learning systems and content, track employee development, and help employees build the skills necessary to support our clients and advance their careers. The team manages learning operations, reporting, credentialing, onboarding support, and capability development initiatives across multiple departments.

What You’ll Do

With a passion for helping others learn and grow, you'll support the day-to-day operations of Consilio's learning ecosystem. You'll help employees navigate learning resources, maintain learning content, prepare reports and dashboards, track certifications and credentials, and support onboarding and development programs.

You will work closely with colleagues and operational leaders to ensure learning programs are organized, effective, and accessible. When not actively supporting learners, you'll be maintaining learning systems, coordinating content updates, preparing performance and completion reports, and assisting with department learning initiatives.

The ideal applicant for this position has/is the following:

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any of these disciplines:
  
  • Business - Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Marketing, Economics
  • Human-Centered - Education, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Linguistics, Social Work
  • Technology - Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics

LANGUAGE

• Native speaker or at least B2 level proficiency in English.

APTITUDE

• Digital Intelligence - ability to acquire and apply new knowledge related to digital technology.
• Digital Literacy - ability to find, evaluate, organize, and clearly communicate information through multiple mediums.
• Learning Agility - ability to quickly absorb new concepts, systems, and processes.
• Attention to Detail - ability to maintain accuracy across reports, records, and learning content.

EXPERIENCE

• Operating Systems – Windows.
• Microsoft 365 – at least Office (Excel, Word & PPT).
• Other Microsoft – Visio and Sharepoint preferred.
• Previous experience with learning and educational content creation platforms preferred.

• Strong communicator - both written and verbally.
• Active listener - gains knowledge while engaging with the speaker.
• Team player - capable of working independently or collaboratively with colleagues as situations arise.
• Flexibility - able to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Patience & Empathy - when supporting learners with varying levels of experience and technical proficiency.
• Stakeholder advocacy - when collaborating with other teams and supporting employee development initiatives.

LOGICAL THINKING SKILLS

• Problem Solver - capable of identifying issues and communicating resolution steps clearly.
• Assessor - can identify scenarios that require escalation to Learning Capability Partners or leadership.
• Organizer - capable of managing multiple priorities, deadlines, records, and reporting activities simultaneously.
• Analyst - able to review data, identify trends, and ensure learning records are accurate and complete.

What Shift You’ll Work

• The following options are available:
  
  • Sunday to Thursday 11am to 8pm SAST:
    
    • Working Monday to Thursday from office, and Sundays remotely from home.
  • Tuesday to Saturday 11am to 8pm SAST.
    • Working Tuesday to Friday from office, and Saturdays remotely from home
