Who We’re Looking For The ideal applicant for this position has/is the following: - LANGUAGE - Multilingual in English AND at least one of the following: German/French/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese. -

- Support IAM governance, policies and solutions across SSO, directory, certificate, MFA, privileged accounts, automation and behavior analytics systems. - Assess and resolve IAM issues that occur across the employee base, as well as with external entities. - Evaluate business impact and risk exposure based on the level of access granted and make recommendations where improvements should be made. -

- Perform tasks related to the forensic examination of ESI under supervision of a Manager. - Conduct testing and research for new workflows and methodologies. - Confidently perform remote and onsite collections in a defensible manner. - Attend Consilio forensic lab to leverage infrastructure/job requirements, as needed. -

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during forensic collection or forensic analysis engagements, explaining the process and providing regular updates. - Work closely with clients to understand their needs, scope of investigation, and collection requirements. - Educate clients on data preservation strategies to minimize the risk of data spoliation or loss during investigations. -

- Managing process and tracking of employee interviews and document collection on various projects; - Assisting with internal reporting on ongoing projects and workstreams - Providing end-to-end oversight of discovery matters and serving as primary client point of contact - Providing expertise and consultative advice regarding data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables -

- Respond in a timely manner to both internal and external stakeholders. - Confidently report complex technical information to non-technical clients. - Manage projects, end to end independently (consulting through to delivery of findings). - Act as the primary point of contact for clients during investigations, ensuring clear communication, understanding of client needs, and delivery of high-quality results. - Present findings in court or legal proceedings as an expert witness, if required. -
