Management of Projects:
- Providing end-to-end oversight of multiple eDiscovery matters and serving as primary client point of contact;
- Providing expertise and consultative advice regarding data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables;
- Creating and maintaining project schedules, including defining activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements;
- Developing and managing relationships with internal teams;
- Defining, communicating, implementing and monitoring quality standards on all project deliverables;
- Planning and managing internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables;
- Serving as an expert on Consilio's review platforms and proprietary offerings;
- Forecasting, tracking and managing project budgets;
- Successfully overseeing multiple, concurrent projects;
- Generating and distributing standard data metrics reporting and other identified KPI's on a regular basis;
- Developing strong client relationships through collaborative, consultative service.
- Review each case sent by the team to confirm criteria are met for litigation;
- Draft and prepare: application and statement of case/ directions/ witness evidence
- Prepare for and attend case management conference/ instructions to counsel (as necessary)/ prepare trial bundles and attend final hearing;
- Liaise throughout with the grantor(‘s solicitor) and operations teams; and
- Review, manage and report on each through to case to conclusion/prepare after action review as necessary.

- Manage the day-to-day operations (Data Loading to Productions) of the data operations function for Relativity.
- Ensure uptime, scalability, and performance of common eDiscovery applications like Relativity and Nuix, plus custom apps/workflows built on top of these platforms.
- Provide timely responses and resolutions to requesters within defined departmental SLAs.
- Assist with monthly application testing outside of normal work hours.
- Perform data disposition using defined workflows to help clients remediate risk.
- Create and maintain a catalog of documentation in both written and video formats.
